Talla and Gameshope forest is part of a large scale ecological restoration project south of Edinburgh in Scotland. Native woodlands once thrived along the valley but, over hundreds of years, these woods were cleared by humans. Through restoring the habitats, these valleys and hillsides will once again support a broad variety of wildlife and plant species.
